What Meta charges

Messages are billed
by Meta, not by Qelo.

Qelo is a WhatsApp technology provider. Your WhatsApp Business Account is yours, with your own payment method on it, and Meta charges it per message at Meta's published rates.

Replies inside the 24-hour service window are free. Template messages outside it are charged by category. We do not add a margin and we do not resell messages.
