WhatsApp’s message charges

Your WhatsApp Business Account is yours, with your own payment method on it. Meta charges applicable messages at its published rates (opens in a new tab), by category and country.

  • Approved messages are charged per delivery, by category and country
  • Replies inside the 24-hour service window are free
  • Qelo adds no margin and does not resell messages

Prefer us to run it?

If you would rather not plan and send campaigns yourself, Qelo can do it on your behalf, quoted per client. That is a managed service, separate from using Qelo Connect yourself.
